Pride Sunday – Sunday Gathering

Hello and welcome to another gathering at Holy Trinity (virtually). This week we celebrate Pride Sunday. The homily is from Jacqui Knowles who dives into our readings and more scripture with a LGBTQ2S+ lens, and how Christ’s Ancestor, David, felt about Jonathan in the Second Book of Samuel, and how it can be interpreted differently. We read the Second book of Samuel as well as the Gospel According to Mark and readers include Marilyn Dolmage and Vivian Harrower. Service Coordinated by Dianne Mesh. Happy Pride!
