Join us at the Church of the Holy Trinity for this year’s Doors Open Toronto, which the city describes as “This year we celebrate the people, places and stories that make the city a global mosaic. From architectures inspired by the many cultures and traditions that call Toronto home to buildings that act as community gathering spaces, this year we look at how diversity has.”
Located beside the Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto, our historic church opens its doors for a full day (Sunday) of exploration, creativity, and connection. Visitors are invited to experience the playful spirit that energizes both our sacred and community life!
Join us on Sunday to enjoy music, movement, and an exhibit of artwork created by members of our community. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet many of the partners who regularly activate our space through food justice initiatives, arts programming, harm reduction, and social advocacy. Sunday worship services are open to all.

Since 1847, the Church of the Holy Trinity has stood as a place of worship, refuge, and radical welcome in the heart of the city. Known for its commitment to social justice, the church has long been a home to movements supporting affordable housing, 2SLGBTQ+ rights, Indigenous solidarity, and the arts; Holy Trinity has used its space as a platform for compassion and change. As you walk through our doors during this special weekend, we invite you to reflect not only on the beauty of the building but on the living history of justice and joy it continues to uphold.
