Hospice Toronto Expressive Art Therapy

Since 1988, Hospice Toronto has served nearly 12,000 clients. By providing and advancing compassionate care and leadership in the volunteer-based home hospice community, Hospice Toronto has become a recognized leader in providing high-quality hospice care and support for people and their loved ones through all phases of their life-threatening illness, at no charge. We support Adding Life to Days through our In Home, Bereavement and Children’s Support Programs; Expressive Arts Therapy; Young Carers Program; and Advocacy & Consultation.

Trinity CommUNITY Hub is the latest iteration of the Church of the Holy Trinity’s social justice endeavours. The core of the program is weekly meals, a clothing bank and access to harm reduction supplies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12 to 1:30 PM. Building community and centering a diversity of marginalized and stigmatized people. The Hub also collaborates with a variety of other programs to provide wrap around supports to our community. Including mobile health care, art therapy, chess club, the homeless memorial, and more!
