Bringing health to where it’s needed The Rotary Club of Toronto Sherbourne Health Bus is a mobile clinic that provides services to people who often face barriers to accessing healthcare. We focus on providing accessible care in a confidential and non-judgement way.

Trinity CommUNITY Hub is the latest iteration of the Church of the Holy Trinity’s social justice endeavours. We offer a lunch service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and an opportunity to access clothing, harm reduction gear, and other life-saving supplies to about 100 people each day. Additionally, we host a modest art program during our service on Tuesdays run by lovely and compassionate staff from Toronto Hospice. We prioritize holistic and anti-oppressive approaches to person-centered care. In partnership with a number of different organizations in the Black, Indigenous, Trans, and Street-Involved communities, Trinity CommUNITY Hub serves as a resource hub to support their programming and direct outreach work.
